However, Muzychuk criticized the handling of the situation, feeling that the issue could have been resolved earlier to avoid the chaos.

Kurt Myskiw, stuck in London due to canceled flights, highlighted the challenges of reaching WestJet for assistance. Frustrated by the lack of support, he had to purchase expensive tickets on another airline to return home, intending to seek reimbursement from WestJet. The experience left him dissatisfied and hesitant to choose WestJet for future travel.

Kennedy Gudu, aiming to travel to Zimbabwe for a poignant reason, faced uncertainty and long wait times for rebooking. Disappointed by the lack of communication and support, Gudu shared his frustrations about the situation, reflecting the overall chaos caused by the strike.

Tahnee Prior, expecting a canceled flight to Halifax, expressed frustration over the lack of clarity and customer support. Despite having backup options, she decided to book another ticket with a different airline to ensure a timely return home. Prior emphasized the importance of fair treatment for the flight attendants and the need for everyone, including passengers, to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
