The Calgary-based Cavalry FC secured their spot in the Canadian Premier League final for the third consecutive time. In a thrilling CPL Contender semifinal match at Hamilton Stadium, the defending champions, Cavalry, defeated Forge FC with a score of 1-0. Tobias Warschewski netted a goal in the 57th minute for Cavalry. They are now set to compete against Atletico Ottawa in the upcoming North Star Cup final scheduled for next Sunday.
